The project started in July 2015 with a presentation at the AGM. This identified potential mentors and mentees. During August 2015 a full review was undertaken of MIND's policies and procedures relating to volunteering. The process for mentoring was discussed and agreed with Mind's staff and was piloted during September. We have recruited and trained 11 mentors. These are being matched with mentees who have been briefed. The next stage will be supervision and review of the programme.
